A sculpted mermaid silhouette, luminous embellishment and the delicate movement of layered organza.
THE SILHOUETTE
A fitted mermaid line brings definition through the body before opening into a dramatic floor-length finish. The off-the-shoulder neckline introduces an elegant horizontal line, while the long sleeves give the design a distinctive couture character.
01 / THE COLOUR
A Softer Kind of Radiance
Yellow takes on a more refined expression in this design. Its pale, luminous tone gives the gown a fresh presence, while the reflective beadwork introduces depth and changing highlights with every movement. It is a statement colour with an unexpectedly delicate quality.
02 / THE EMBELLISHMENT
Light, Layer by Layer
Sequins and intricate beadwork give the bodice its luminous surface. Against the soft yellow tulle, the embellishment creates a rich interplay of texture, reflection and transparency.
The sculptural organza petals introduce another dimension. Their curved forms bring volume and movement to the gown, creating a beautiful contrast between the fitted mermaid foundation and the softer, more expressive outer layers.
03 / THE ATELIER
Engineering the Float
The beauty of a sculptural dress depends on what happens beneath the surface. During development, our atelier discovered that the organza petals needed more than delicate finishing. They needed carefully considered internal shaping to retain their rounded form.
Each petal was constructed with two layers of organza and a clean enclosed edge. A second curved stitching line helped create its shallow, spoon-like shape. The waist construction also required attention, as the embellished bodice and overlapping layers placed additional weight at the point where the two sections met.
These are the details that transform a sketch into a wearable silhouette: controlled volume, carefully shaped fabric and a structure designed to preserve movement.

Standard tailoring normally takes 10–18 business days, followed by approximately 2–8 business days for shipping. An optional rush order is available for an additional $40, with a stated production time of 10–15 days.
