Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and ship the item back to us for eligible products.

Conditions for Returns Because many of our dresses are made-to-order, we have strict quality control guidelines. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect Color: If we shipped a color different from what you ordered. (Note: Slight color variations caused by different monitor displays are normal and do not qualify as an incorrect color).

  • Incorrect Size: If we shipped a size different from your order. (Note: Due to the handmade nature of our dresses, a sizing difference of 1-3 centimeters is standard and does not qualify for a return).

Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders: Any dress made with custom measurements, custom styles, or custom colors cannot be returned.

  • Personal Preference: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or changes in personal preference. Please review our size chart and color options carefully before placing your order.

All returned items must be in their original, brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and with all original tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Company Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item), Kemedress will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs.

  • For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kemedress.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photos demonstrating any damage or error.

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, please ship the item back to our facility.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The funds will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
