Once the tailoring process begins, materials are cut specifically for you and cannot be reused. If you change your mind after placing an order, please review the precise timeframes below to determine your refund eligibility.

Within 12 hours of payment confirmation: Full Refund (100% of Product Price + 100% of Shipping Cost)

12 to 24 hours after payment confirmation: Partial Refund (70% of Product Price + 100% of Shipping Cost)

24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation: Partial Refund (50% of Product Price + 100% of Shipping Cost)
Standard Size Dresses

Within 12 hours of payment confirmation: Full Refund (100% of Product Price + 100% of Shipping Cost)

12 to 24 hours after payment confirmation: Partial Refund (75% of Product Price + 100% of Shipping Cost)

24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation: Partial Refund (55% of Product Price + 100% of Shipping Cost)
Important Deadlines (Please Read Carefully):

After 48 Hours: Once 48 hours (2 days) have passed since your payment was confirmed, your dress is fully in production. At this point, the order cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

Rush Orders: Because Rush Orders are expedited to the tailoring floor immediately, cancellations and modifications are not permitted after 24 hours from payment confirmation.
